  Highly recommend the vet practice. The building is bright and spacious, perfect for my big lurcher. He is so much happier here than his previous vets. The vets, nurses and reception are friendly, welcoming and highly respectful of the animals

  It was our first visit at Vet's Klinic in Reading, but we will definitely be back if in need. Lovely, modern place, plenty parking spaces outside and reasonable prices. My Chihuahua girl has been seen by one of the senior vet. We received a good service and an accurate treatment. Thank you Vet's Klinic!

  Not recommended at all. Even the yearly vaccine used to be a challange with my cat, every time they added 'grumpy cat' to his medical notes. After all cats are wild animals? My cat was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease by them in June last year, he had his routine check in April. They did not notice anything, if they do a proper job in April, he might be still alive... Big failure and they should have noticed this, stage 4 kidney disease takes long time to develop and he might had it already even at the previous checks. After he was diagnosed, they immediately wanted to put him asleep, saying "other cats much younger also died".. I would like to add the polish lady was extremely rude, cold, lack of empahty so maybe thats something you want to address internally? She seems to struggle with cat's behaviour as well as I could hold my cat with no issue...but she seemed scared of him. We changed vet straigh away and my cat get excellent support there, we had an additional 6 months with him where he was active with good quality life. That says it all. A vet should save animals until there is a 1% chance. I hold them responsible for what happened to my cat as if they notice his illness on time, my cat might be still here. He was an aging cat, kidney disease might not have symptoms until the last minute when the kidney is approx. 70% damaged and too late to do anything...which was the case with my cat. He was running around and jumping until the last days, and they should have advised to check his blood due to his age far earlier as this is the only way this terrible illness can be noticed on time. After all we went there to ensure our cat is healthy....thats what the yearly appointments are for....

  Really fantastic vet practice, everyone is so friendly and explains everything, they give us and our pets attention and time, it doesnt feel rushed, very much a caring and welcoming environment. Very well cared for here. Would without doubt recommend.

  Brilliant staff and amazing & caring Vets. Our adopted kitten had eye infection on both of his eyes and lost sight on both early days from birth. We try to course of medication for around 3 months or so, but it wasn't much a progress and kitten was in stress, always agressive. With consultation Asia it was time to remove both eyes to stop infection, runny eyes and the very very bad smell. She has done an amazing job, our kitten is now grown just over a year old and much happier and he didn't have any complication whatsoever. Massive thank you and big hugs from us to Asia and Vets Klinic Team
