I find Dan an exceptional Vet with wonderful communication skills. In my experience he has such a calm manner, is just lovely whether he deals with my dogs or guinea pigs!! Never tries to rush us and i will never ever forget his kindness when our beloved dog Bindi died of a brain stem tumour......💔

One of my rabbits became very unwell suddenly so was rushed in. She was examined thoroughly, Necessary tests were run quickly and supportive treatment started. I was offered referral to the exotic specialist vets for further investigation. Sadly Evie was too unwell and deteriorated very fast despite everyone’s best efforts. Thank you to the vets for all their help ❤️

Undecided for a positive review my rescue rabbit has still got GI stasis which is a life threatening illness if not treated aggressively to begin with, I was told to take her home after a series of injections ( no glucose test offered which is paramount for severity of stasis) within hours had to rush her back as her gut at the sides had bloated with gas hugely which is extremely painful for rabbits in stasis, her temp was cold which means she is going into shock the vet tried to hydrate her for a few hours but struggled getting a line in, still sent her home even though no progression on eating no urine or fecal output either, glucose test done on 2nd visit which was extremely high! I’m looking after her round the clock care still etc I was asked to update the next day ( which I did) no response to my update whatsoever from the vet I had to call to get more medication. Not rabbit savvy at all my stars go to the lovely reception staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately had to have my dog pts but they let us have extra time for cuddles after she passed away, lady from reception told my 6 yo daughter they will take a good care of our dog and that she's now over the rainbow bridge and she's looking down on her from the sky. Thank you.
