We said goodbye to my gorgeous girl on the 14th Feb. Being able to have someone attend the house to do this helped so much with the process. My girl hated the vets and the idea of taking her there broke my heart so this was the ideal situation. Carl was so kind and gentle and supportive he did exactly what I needed fire by telling I was doing the right thing and then by being so calm and kind throughout the procedure. The only challenge we had was that it was the weekend and they struggled to find us a cremation service, at one point my only option was to take her to the vets to be held there until cremation could take place or postpone the appointment. I really didn’t want to postpone making the decision had been hard enough in the first place, I also did not want to have her stored at the vets until she could be cremated. With some pushing from out part they found an independent cremation service and it was like it was meant to be. Rob at restful pets was amazing. He collected her at 13:30 and I was able to collect her and bring her home at 4:45 the same day, I have never heard or experience such amazing service for cremation of pets. He was kind and I immediately felt like she was safe with him, when we collected her she was beautifully presented and we could have sat in a room with her with candles and incense with calming music it really was beautiful and I would recommended him any day. Overall a horrible situation was made much better but the service we had from Carl and Rob.

I can’t thank Vets 2 Pets enough for the compassion and care they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. Annie, who helped me with the arrangements, was incredibly empathetic and genuinely caring. She took the time to talk me through every step and made a truly overwhelming situation feel a little more manageable. Carl, the vet, was absolutely incredible. He explained everything that was going to happen with such kindness and patience, and it was clear how much he truly cared. His gentle manner and compassion made an unimaginably difficult experience just that little bit easier. I will always be grateful for the respect, care, and dignity shown to both Zee and me. I couldn’t have asked for better support during such a heartbreaking time.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog Molly and the team at vets to your pets, especially Laura were simply incredible. From start to finish, they treated Molly with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. Laura took the time to explain everything gently, never rushed us, and made sure Molly was comfortable and peaceful right until the very end. It was one of the hardest days of our lives, but her empathy and care made it just a little easier to bear. Molly wasn’t comfortable around strangers and especially when she was in her own space particularly her own home. When Laura entered our bedroom whilst Molly was resting on our bed Molly looked up and sniffed Laura and instantly she relaxed. This made us feel completely at ease with Laura being there to help Molly. We’re so grateful for the support, understanding, and love shown not just to our little girl Molly, but to us as a family. Thank you, Laura and vets to your pets for everything — your compassion will never be forgotten. 💔🐾 Nicola, Ryan and Corey xxx

We have been using Vets 2 Your Pets for several years because both our Cats are terrified of going into a cat carrier & it’s been impossible to get them to our Local Vets for their annual vaccination program. I can highly recommend Carl Jarret the Vet who works for them and the service Vets 2 your Pets have provided. They are perfect for home visits, reliable, excellent service and time keeping of appointments. Our Cats are weighed, checked from head to Toe and administered their vaccinations with no problems. We are very satisfied regular customers

As always when it comes time to say goodbye to your beloved pet it is very emotional and heartbreaking. I have had dogs most of my adult life and previously it was always a visit to the vet to do the deed. This time when my shadow Daisy’s time came I couldn’t bear the thought of taking her so when I asked our vet if they did home visits they recommended vet 2 your pets. I cannot recommend them enough, Laura visited and spent over an hour with us and Daisy getting her calm and comfortable and when the time came Daisy drifted away peacefully on her bed in the comfort of her own surroundings. Thank you Jonathon Bailey
