Kat supported us before, during and after the heartbreaking process. She was caring, gentle and professional, giving her time generously and patiently. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in any way. Amber was calm in Kat's presence and the whole process was as perfect an end as could be. Amber fell asleep in our arms, looking out to sea. Thank you Kat for being there for us at such a difficult time.
Read on Google →Kat was amazing from start to finish. Initially we were told by our vet mid December that it may be time to make the very hard decision regarding Poppy and her deteriorating health. We contacted Kat and explained the situation to which she patently listened and advised us without pressure and always with compassion. Over 4 weeks later, the time finally came for us to say goodbye to Poppy (we did have several points of contact with Kat during this time). Kat came to the house and explained everything to us at every step, again always with compassion and care. We were reassured by Kat that it was time, but at no time were we pressurised. Poppy was made to feel completely relaxed and to her, she simply fell asleep, free from pain, never to wake up. I cannot recommend Kat enough, she has checked in with us since and kept us informed at all times. She truly is an Angel. Thank you Kat for making such a difficult and truly heartbreaking time, that little bit easier.
Read on Google →I reached out to Kat whilst on holiday in Cornwall. My beloved elderly cancer-stricken kitty had taken a turn for the worse. Kat was so helpful and understanding on the phone. She took her time to discuss my cat's illness with me and the timing of my ultimate decision to have to put her to sleep. I felt that I could contact her at any time, and I sent Kat photos of my kitty so that she could help me assess her pain levels. When Kat arrived for this emotionally difficult appointment, I immediately knew she was the right person for us. She is a very kind and gentle person. Due to her knowledge and level of expertise, I felt that we were all in safe hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Kat. Cheryl Russ.
Read on Google →Kat supported us better than she will ever know: we owe her our deepest gratitude for the kindness and compassion she showed all of us - humans and felines alike. Words are inadequate to convey how much her patience, thoughtfulness, and expertise meant to us during such a difficult time. She transformed an unbearable situation into a warm and deeply loving farewell for our beloved companion kitty, and for that, we are beyond grateful. It's been a huge comfort to know that our boy's final moments were filled with so much love and peace, and that was very much down to Kat.
Read on Google →Our dearest boy Humphrey crossed over today thanks to the kind and professional care from Kat at a vet at home. We have had other dear pets pass in less than desirable situations and so were anxious. Kat talked us through the process with gentle words. Humphrey did not suffer, he was not anxious. He was pain free, and she gave us time to tell him how much we loved him. Rest easy buddy till we meet again.
