I have been coming to this practice for a few years now for my two cats - one with quite a spicy personality. The team have always been fantastic, and have taken good care of them. A big thank you today to Paula at reception and Cassy, with two vet students assisting. They put my calico at ease, giving her time to settle in and making sure she was ready for her operation next week. Always available to answer questions and providing clear pre and post op advice and guidance. Great team overall and really pleased I found them! Thank you!

Our dog Buddy was really poorly when he got referred, I feel they did all they could to try and help him. They treated him with care and never once suggested that they couldn't try treatments to save him. Maria had dogs herself and I could see with how she treated Buddy who meant the world to our family, and she kept us informed each day. When Buddy passed away the people were lovely and very compassionate to us Maria took the time to speak to us and never once rushed us or mentioned money until we brought it up and I felt like she genuinely cared about Buddy and was sad it had happened but unfortunately he had a rare cancer that was very aggressive but we tryed but he couldn't fight it. As long as they continue to treat animals and people with such compassion I would definitely go there again.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved guinea pig Charlie on Monday. Everybody from the receptionist, the 2 students and the vet were all excellent. They were so caring and empathetic. They treat Charlie with dignity and kindness. You can tell that they really care about your animal and your grief. The fur clippings and paw prints were beautifully done and so thoughtful. The pricing is very cheap compared to other vets. You can tell that they do it for the love of the animals and teaching not for money. They made such a sad day feel respectful and gave our baby a dignified, comfortable end. We are so very grateful for how they treat him and us. Thank you so much. We would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being there for us and for Charlie.

We took our beautiful guinea pig Penny to this vets as we found a lump on her chin. We met Dr Ioana who informed us she would sadly need surgery to remove it I can't thank her enough for the knowledge, support and care she gave us and Penny throughout. We were so worried. We've been to some vets who barely know about guinea pigs, or care for small pets.-They do here! The students are also a wonderful addition to the consultations, it's encouraging to see them so keen to pursue such a worthwhile career. Dr Ioana has our thanks 🙏
