  I discovered this practice by chance, in a moment of desperation. My dog was just passed away due to incompetence of another practice, when my cat suddenly became ill. I thought I'd have to change vets to save him. And I been very lucky. I regret having changed sooner. The doctors are highly trained, kind, and empathetic. All the staff are very polite and kind. Very helpful. Dr. Tony and Dr. Alistair, in particular, are extremely competent and very humane. It's not been easy to diagnose my cat's illness, but now he's recovering thanks to them. My cats are insured, but the prices charged are very fair.❤️

  The Pet Hospital was highly recommended by a friend and after several visits i am still impressed with how kind and professional and patient the staff is. Especially our vet Rachel who has been simply brilliant and so helpful with our Scotty. It’s amazing to finally find a place where people actually care about you and your pet!

  It was our first visit here yesterday and I’ve now registered both our dogs. Quite simply this practice is absolutely outstanding and such a huge difference to our local vet practice! Our little Hamish was quite poorly with a few issues and was seen by Rachel the vet, who I would thoroughly recommend. He’s now bouncing around and back to his usual naughty self! Welcoming, professional, friendly, caring and unbelievably reasonably priced! “Forget the rest, this vet practice really is the best” X

  Never met a veterinary practice so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring for the welfare of my dog. My dog Rosie was pregnant and due to complications, she needed a C section. We had to do an out of hours call for the vet. Despite this, the vet was very kind, compassionate and drove all the way from Edinburgh at 6am to accommodate us.The professionalism from the vet we had was second to none. She explained everything thoroughly and put our worries to rest. We weren't insured so we had to pay out of pocket but the price was very fair considering the callout and complexity of the operation. A lot of practices these days are for profit. So it's refreshing to see a place that puts the welfare of dogs first. Thank you staff at pet hospital! We have will without a doubt be going back for all our pet needs in the future.

  I cannot recommend The Pet Hospital highly enough. It is extremely stressful when our little family members are sick, but it makes all the difference to be able to take them to someone you can completely trust. The team here genuinely cares about their patients and are incredibly thorough. They were wonderful with Heidi; the day we brought her in, they performed necessary investigations and even completed surgery all on the same day. The care was comprehensive and efficient. I felt totally confident leaving Heidi in their capable hands. Dr. Sophia Perez-Monzon and Dr. Tony Page were absolutely wonderful, consistently putting Heidi’s interests above all else. The Pet Hospital, is by far, above and away, the best place to receive the best care! Thank you for your incredible work!
