This vet is a true asset to the region! Everybody with a nervous/reactive dog knows how traumatic even routine vet appointments can be (for both dog & owner!), but not with Nicole & her team! They're so accommodating for everything. You don't ever feel rushed either. 11+ years into owning a dog and living in different places, I have never had vet appointments be as hassle-free as at this practice.

Dr Nicole was very professional and informative for us as first time owners. Very thorough physical and behavioural checkup, with tips on how to maintain and improve our dog's health. From our first inquiry to our visit, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. We are very pleased and confident that we are in good hands.

Nicole and her team are fantastic. Our Leo was a very nervous dog, and Nicole took time and care to make him feel loved, safe and at ease from his first visit. Nicole and Beth took extra care when Leo became seriously ill in July 2024. They were kind and understanding, and gave us comforting and practical advice during a very difficult time. We really appreciate everything the team did to help us cope with our sadness and grief. A wonderful knowledgeable vet practice, and loving gentle team. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant vets, the love that they have for animals shines through. They took outstanding care of my cockapoo and make sure that I was reassured about everything that would take place & what to expect afterwards. Islay would also like to give a five paw review
