  I went once and dont expect to return. Bought a rescure kitten, and Downwood dealt with his vaccines, so I had to go back for the booster. The person on reception who took my calls was super polite and helpful. Free parking 5 mins away as everywhere else seemed to be private land. The vet was very nice, checked the kitten over, and gave booster as needed. A good experience.

  I have nothing but praise for this practice. Having spent over a thousand pounds at my previous practice trying to get to the bottom of my cats problem. I am delighted to have met Sarah who has been truly amazing and has given me a diagnosis for my cat which can be treated. Myself and my daughter were at our wits end but we now have our lives back.

  We've been taking our pet family to Downwood for many years and can't recommend them highly enough. The reception team are very friendly and Jo and the nursing staff are so caring and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else with our furry friends!
