We’ve used Tender Paws vets for all our cats over the last 20 years and they have always been fantastic. This week when my cat had an injury they saw her the same day and after following their advice to treat and wash the wound she is doing great and back to normal. All the vets we’ve seen have always been so very kind and caring. They even have a segregated area for cats which is a great idea and much appreciated when you have a nervous and stressed poorly cat.
Read on Google →Horrible experience from an old lady Judy. This vet killed my budgie. Took him in on Thursday and without handling the bird they diagnosed him with mites & said potential lung infection and prescribed him with antibiotics. They did no tests on him. Just had a look and sent him home. He got worse gradually with the antibiotics and displayed new symptoms over the weekend. When I took him again this morning the staff were so insensitive and they could see my budgie was poorly but they made us wait. Then a vet called Judy saw him and she was the most insensitive the most disgusting staff ever. She looked at him and said “I had a look at your bird and I can tell you that it will not live” not even an apology, not even with empathy. She was horrible & very patronising towards me. She said there’s nothing they can do & i was left with nothing & my sweet angel boy who needed help died in my hands. There is serious negligence from this vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
Read on Google →Extremely upset today as my cousin has taken her sick budgie to this vet and was met by someone who was extremely dismissive and disgustingly patronising. From being told that our budgie only needed antibiotics to get better at the last appointment to then being told there was nothing they could’ve done about it I feel completely fooled with the lack of care for their customers.
Read on Google →I took my budgie to this vet when he became unwell, hoping for a proper diagnosis and care. Instead, the vet gave him antibiotics right away without performing any checks or tests, vaguely suggesting it "might be mites." After starting the medication, my budgie’s condition worsened significantly. When we returned for a follow-up, we were told there was "nothing they could do." The woman who saw us was patronising, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and heartbroken at the lack of compassion or accountability. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the standard of care and how they treat both pets and their owners. I would not trust this clinic with the health of any animal again.

Anna P and Daisy, they Showed my Willow real love and emotions, made her comfortable with heat pads, blankets, cuddles and strokes and really did put Willow in the heart of everything they could. Even filled her belly till the very end (nothing would cheer willow up more than food). I could see they found it hard also as it was such a sensitive subject for any human being, however they kept professional, direct and most important of all they made me and my partner feel comfortable leaving Willow in their hands. We appreciate the hard work and strength you all have working in such a rewarding but yet such difficult career. Our gratitude is great. Thank you again Daisy and Anna.
