We took our dog Lyla for stem cell 3 months ago and we’re so happy we did. She is a 5 year old Labrador who used to love walking but developed elbow dysplasia sadly and after over 2 years of trying anti inflammatory medicine, careful exercise regime and rest and even having an arthroscopy to remove a bit of bone from her elbow we decided to try this as our final attempt to see what we could do to help her. We’ve been so impressed with how she’s recovered and how happy she now is. We are now able to take her for longer walks and she has so much more energy and seems like her old self again.

From the moment my dog and I first visited the stem cell vet for ACS we felt cared for. We weren't in the best of shape, but despite this not judged for it. There was a big issue with traffic that day so I wasn't able to go back to the hotel for some much needed rest so they put me up in their annex apartment which was amazing. Then a very nice lady unfortunately I dont remember her name took me to get some lunch which felt so kind; as I guess they knew I was struggling with my dog and came a long way to help with his walking. The effects of the ACS was amazing; from barely being able to walk to pulling me along with my 3 meter lead fully extended. Unfortunately my dog wasn't able to under go the second appointment due to other issues after coming all the way, and then I had to cancel the next scheduled appointment the day before, because again we knew something else was wrong and decided it best he go to the RVC for a through check over that found protein uria and hyper glycemia. Once he stabilised I brought him back again and Stewart; the stem cell vet still honoured the cost of treatment despite cancelling twice, once at the last minute. My dogs walking better again and I hope to do another ACS next year. Stewart is very knowledgeable and ive always loved how easy it is to contact him and how good he is at replying. They all genuinely care and do as much as they can. Cant thank them all enough Ben and Benny x

Gus was but a shadow of his real self once the arthritis symptoms had manifested themselves. He was limping a lot and had trouble jumping into the car and even laying down, which made us feel terrible. We found Stem Cell Vet and got in touch, it was the best thing we could ever have done for Gus. Just months after the treatment he is not ambling slowly.. but running on the beach.. and jogging everywhere besides. We could not be happier and we whole heartedly recommend Stem Cell Vet, to you.

We really can't thank Stem Cell Vets enough for helping Alice our 10yr old Collie cross get back to being happy and pain-free again. Alice hurt her front leg while chasing a ball last year and limped on and off over the next few months. We were advised to just give her 2 twenty minute walks a day which was very sad as she is very active and loves going for long walks, she was also on painkillers for the rest of her life. Not happy with this outcome we did a bit of research on Google and came across Stem Cell Vets at Bruton and the results have been amazing. After a thorough examination on her front legs Steve the vet who was treating her found that she had torn her ligaments in her front shoulder as well as very mild arthritis and would benefit from Stem Cell treatment. Alice had the procedure done and Steve devised a care plan for her over the next few months. Ashley and Lucy were very friendly and helpful and were always there for us if we had any concerns. They checked in with us monthly on Alice's progress and we were asked to send in videos of her. Seven months on from her procedure Alice is back to running and playing and long walks all pain-free and drugfree. If Alice hadn't have had this treatment she would have been in constant pain which would have only got worse over the years resulting in more painkillers which wouldn't av been good for her and would have worked out very expensive. Now she is living her best life possible and we are so very happy and extremely thankful to all the team at Stem Cell Vets in Bruton.
