None of our concerns were listened to by the vet, we were rushed out because time is money, every excuse not to perform a proper examination, terrible communication. Charged £89 for 5 minutes of confusion.

We visited yesterday for some advice about our Doberman while on holiday and were truly touched by the kindness and helpfulness of the team.

I took my dog here today after she stopping putting weight on her back leg at the start of our holiday. The receptionist was very busy but showed us good customer service and the vet was friendly and knowledgeable. After some tests on her leg we had an idea of what was wrong (potential cruciate ligament damage!). The vet gave advice of what to do whilst we were away from home and we were given two types of painkillers / anti inflammatory medication. The price was very fair, I was worried we might pay a premium as we were tourists and not affiliated to this vet's but it was the opposite. We are very grateful for our treatment and experience today.

Great vet service. My wife and I brought our little dog here when we were on holiday in Cornwall, as she was very lethargic and had lost her appetite. After several tests, we unfortunately received some awful news, but we couldn't fault St Clements for their sympathy, support and advice following Suki's diagnosis. Would highly recommend this practice and it's kind and caring staff- thank you for your help during a very difficult time.
