Have been taking my dogs here for years and cannot recommend this practice enough. Excellent, friendly vets and friendly and helpful reception staff. They kept my old aged dog pain free and mobile for far longer than I had thought possible so she enjoyed a lovely old age and were very supportive when she passed. They saved my new rescue dog who had a rare parasite. Thank you Phil and team.

We visited with our cat recently and were very happy with the cat check up our cat received and the following vaccination. She was thorough, approachable and friendly and asked relevant questions regarding the cat’s ongoing health also highlighting possible concerns. We left feeling that the cat was in very good hands.

INCREDIBLE !........and that does not give this vets praise enough. We took our Leopard Gecko in today to see Phill and it was honestly the best experience we have ever had with a vets. First impressions count and from the first seconds in the doorway there was a feeling of trust, calm and relief that we had walked into a good place. We were greeted by Steph who knew from the phone call when booking the appointment who we were and what our Gecko was called (which was really nice. ) We sat in the quite area specifically designed and designated for cats and small animals which is such a great touch as it is away from dogs. We saw Phill who was instantly helpful, knowledgeable and also took the time to clearly explain everything in such a clear way that we left fully understanding what the plan going forward was. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice and tips we have been given is incredible. We will 100% be taking our dog and any other animals to Small World Vets from now on as they are leagues above any vets we have used previously

I was very favourably impressed by this practice. I am one of those rare people who own a parrot. Most vets know very little about birds as not much of their studies caters for them. Luckily for me, Phil is very knowledgeable which is so reassuring.
