Debbie is always really lovely.friendly & helpful. Our cat Princess was in this morning for her annual check up & Booster. The vet was a friendly super efficient helpful young man .Princess was very relaxed & calm during it all including her nail trim . Never seen her so relaxed in the vets ..thankyou to them both .

The staff in this practice are always great. The reception staff are so lovely. They always remember our pets and that our youngest cat was a stray who we rescued. We have 4 pets registered with them. Would recommend them to anyone.

We visited Sheherds the Vets in Porthcawl today after moving into the area. We were met with the most amazing customer service from both Debbie and Liz who not only welcomed our dog Lola, but us as well. They are a credit to the business and we thank them for making us so welcome.
