Very thoughtful and considerate of my feelings. I would have liked to have gone in with my pet however am sure there was a good reason why I couldn't and was too emotional to ask. A week an a bit later I received a really personal card from the vets offering condolences. Losing a pet is so painful and they seem to completely understand this regardless of the type of pet it is. I 100% recommend using sevenern edge vets at Donnington

I would have normally given this practice a 5* as I have been with them for nearly 12 years. I have given it a 1* now purely because of the receptionist. I have now been told I can no longer attend the practice with my pet due to circumstances with the newest receptionist, which I will not go into. Therefore, I would like to thank the vet Hannah for the love, care, and kindness she bestowed on my pet she will miss you greatly as I will. You put her at ease from the very first time she had a problem, and I will be eternally grateful to you. Update... I am so glad that I no longer go to this vet. The new vet I have enrolled in my dog is a lovely, comfortable, well organised vet. Since being with them, I have had no issues with payments going through my insurance like I did with the receptionist at severn Edge, who constantly said I owed them money when I had paid.

It's a pleasure every time to go at the vet with my cats and kittens. All the staff are very welcome, friendly and special thanks to Patrycja who always looks after my kittens.

I would usually rate this veterinary practice 5*. I have recommended them to so many of my family and friends, the levels of care and information they provide is usually outstanding. However my last experience wasn’t so positive, I came in with my American Bully puppy for her second vaccination. I spoke to the lady in regards to a concern I had to which she could barley give any advice. She asked me what I fed my puppy, she then looked down her nose and told me I should do excessive research as she wouldn’t recommend that particular food. My research had been done, and I had received plenty advice elsewhere before changing her diet. I only ever feed my dogs high quality products, even when it comes to dog treats. When I told her more about this particular food and advised her my I am more than knowledgeable she then replied ‘Oh yes it’s high quality then’. I then decided to challenge her on what high quality dog food is best to which she replied, ‘Oh I couldn’t tell you a particular brand, maybe MiPet and pointed at the bag I had from reception’. People like this lady give negative experiences, and bad reviews. Don’t look down your nose at someone because of the breed of dog they bring into practice, or think because you work for a veterinary practice only you know best. As a responsible pet owner I am sure people like myself get enough advice, information and research enough of what they need to before making decisions for their pets. I am more than happy to take my money elsewhere to another high quality practice if need be.
