  A New Year’s Eve visit for what ended up being a very expensive brownie. The staff were lovely and accommodating when our naughty dog helped themselves to a little sweetie treaty! They treated our dogs with great kindness and were quick to help us out.

  It’s times like these that make me so happy that I had Lola in such an amazing vets. Coming home to this card brightened my day just that little bit. We lost our Best friend of 11 years last week and ryedale vets have been nothing but supportive. All the staff were so kind and genuine. Couldn’t of left Lola in better hands thank you so much to all the staff at ryedale vets.

  Have been with ryedale vets for over 8 years now. We are at the practice regularly for our boy Cody! We have seen most of the vets and nurses and all are the same, they go above and beyond. We couldn’t ask for more. Cody has had hospital stays, blood transfusions, acupuncture to name a few treatments. He still is so happy to walk through that door. So thankful to all the team for all they do!

  We moved to Ryedale vets around 3 years ago, one of the clearest reasons was if and when the horrendous time came with our animals we wanted them to be safe, a practice that was known for it’s love of animals. Our worst nightmare came true recently and thank goodness we made this decision to move. The entire team at Ryedale, both the Pickering and Helmsley sites loved Teddy, did everything possible to save him and provide the kindest care for him. His last day was filled with love, kindness, empathy and care and what more could we ask for! The entire team are incredible, we are utterly grateful to everyone for Teddies last few years. Our dogs are our family and thank goodness we moved to this vets as other than him being ours - it’s the best thing we did for Ted. He was a real character, thank you everyone for the years of care, understanding and love you gave to Ted, especially his last days.

  Great service we were on holiday and unfortunately, our Two Yorkshire terriers became ill. I contacted Ryedale veterinary surgeons in Helmsley and we were given appointment for the same day. They were given an Intensive and Thorough check up by Charlotte who explained what she was going to do for us. We were supplied with medicine and three days later the dogs were all fit and well last but not least. Thank you for the courtesy check up call 5 days later to find out how the dogs was doing. I would highly recommend Ryedale vets and all the staff. 5*
