This is my vets for ROXI..this is the best vets I have ever known . I pay for roxi to be a VIP. and she has that in droves from Ryder. Roxi has gone missing twice and when I walked in Ryder absolutely destroyed about what has just happened. The staff at Ryder instantly went into lost dog mode , they new exactly who roxi was even though it was just me there crying and collapsed on the floor . Within minutes the council, police , microchip and over 4000 local people looking for my dog . And within 20 minutes I had a call from an unknown person telling me exactly where my dog was . I have and will always give and support Ryder and any charity they support I you are reading this and have a negative opinion of Ryder. Everybody has a bad day, BUT you can guarantee they will always put you and your animal first. They will cancel there breaks/lunch they will not even go home at end of shift until they are totally happy they have done everything for you. You pay for a VIP. you get VIP. I will always stand by Ryder Davis & Partners. Thank you for saving My Roxi many times Always in your debt xxx But no . Guess what happened next . I'm in hospital with terminal Crohn's and I miss an appointment and I forgot to call for my dogs meds and I get a receptionist, not ask me if everything is ok . No I'm just told that I'm neglected my dog and that I have not phoned to beg for her medication. 99% of all other vets send the medication direct from supplier . But as the receptionist told me they do not have enough money and staff to do it . Well the email they sent me reminding me I'm neglectedy dog could also be slchamged and sent to the supplier instead " saying send roxi her meds " that's what all the other vets do . Plus as I'm a VIP all I get is one appointment a year and a boost and wormer which costs me £252 a year. And now I have to leave Ryder vets . How sad ha . They could be so amazing. Sad

Although we had our lovely Bobby for 15 years he did have various health issues along the way. He was treated by Holly mainly, and with such care. We believe the whole team at R D and Partners were great. Our heartfelt thanks to you all. Ralph and Wendy C

Fantastic vets, has always treated my furbabies with respect and like their own animals, fair prices too. Total price always comes under what I'm expecting. Wouldn't use anyone else.
