We have one of our two dogs at Rouken Glen and we can safely say it is the best vet practice in Glasgow. From the vets to the nurses to the reception team, everyone who works there loves the pets being treated as much as the owners do. We will be moving our other younger dog back from Southside Vets on Fenwick Road as soon as we can after a recent terrible nurse experience and just how expensive they are compared to other vets in the area. We love the honesty about this vets. It's reassuring and comforting to know that you are getting expert care and the prices are just so reasonable. Our dog is old and has restricted mobility. The nurses help us both in and out and never stop smiling when doing so. Thank you for so much love. Highly recommended if you are with other nearby vets to think about a change and come here.

We've been with Rouken Glen vets for a number of years now and would highly recommend them. Every time we have to use them we've found everyone to be friendly as well as professional and they've treated our cats so well over the years. Having the mobile service is brilliant as one of our cats is so traumatised when he goes in the car so that removes the stress. We moved from being at another vets in the area and it was the best thing we did - the service is incomparable and we feel like we and the cats are actually cared about.

Truly cannot thank the team at Rouken Glen vets, particularly Dermot, Helen and Alannah, enough for the level of care they provided to our cat. They were the third vets to treat Seamus after two exceptionally stressful bladder blockages. They unblocked him for the third time and did not stop investigating until they identified the root cause of the problem. Seamus is now on a new diet (had we taken the recommendation from VetsNow he would have been on food that would have worsened his condition) and is in the process of recovery. We are so grateful for their diligence and compassion, we regret not coming to you sooner.

Was given a very warm welcome today by all the staff at reception. Impressed by thorough physical examination of my Border Terrier by vet Dernot who was informative and reassuring about a number of things. Very happy to have moved here from one of the big companies that bought out our formerly excellent vet practice in Ibrox.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our wonderful Cocker Spaniel Joe yesterday. The care and dignity afforded him and us was wonderful and helped us on this sad occasion. Joe was 15 in April & when we got him as a pup 15 years ago RGV was newly opened. We registered him there and he enjoyed the puppy classes. Special thanks to Dermott, Richard, Hetty and all other staff for looking after our special boy for 15 years. He had various health issues and his long life is a testament to the wonderful care he received from Rouken Glen Vets throughout his life 🐾
