  It's been months, perhaps years, since I've seen any sign of this branch in operation. I understand that they no longer have enough staff to operate both this branch and the one in Great Ashby, so they're only working in the latter now.

  I visited this vet twice .. I was charged for both consultations 5 mins long and they still didn’t deal with my dogs problem .. I paid for meds which they charged a lot for and brought her back they still couldn’t deal with her as they told me she wasn’t sedated enough.. after leaving in half an hour my pet fell fast asleep . They advise me to give her meds two hours before . I wasted my time going at all .. while I am in receipt of sick pay and not working I asked for some money back and they refused . Stay clear of this vets awful .

  Called asking about booking our dog into being seen, didn’t seem bothered at all just said not taking anymore booking which I understand just not very compassionate or caring or helpful to be honest.

  This should have been a 5 star review. I have been with this vets for 20 years and whilst some of the service has been poor over the years, on the whole, it has been very good. On 8/01/2021 we had to have our cat put to sleep. This was not an easy desicion and one that left us heartbroken. 3 hours after we left the surgery, with our empty cat carrier, an email arrived from the vets, saying that they hoped our experience had been a positive one and would we fill in a questionnaire to rate them. This may be part of their policy, but, just to set the record straight, having to euthanise our cat was not a positive experience.
