  Dealt with a vet that I haven’t had before . One of the worst people I’ve met . No compassion or empathy. Thinks he knows it all attitude. Had my pet written off the minute I walked in . Judgemental . Left me very upset and confused .

  What an outstanding experience at Robson Vets! The practice is not only beautiful but incredibly welcoming. The staff were super friendly, and Rachel, the veterinary surgeon, was one of the best I’ve ever met. Her knowledge and patience truly stood out, and she was amazing with my two nervous dogs. She took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood every step of the process. I felt completely informed and reassured throughout.   My dog wags his tail going in. Staff are friendly and so welcoming. Social media is kept relevant and informative. Everyone is kind which is what you need especially if you are concerned about your pet.
