I can't praise riverport vets enough. Thier care over the last few weeks for Victor our very much loved retriever has been outstanding. It was always about what was best for Victor, not at all about the money they could make from his illness. Showing great understanding and empathy towards us, when, very sadly we had to make the decision for them to euthanase him. I really felt they cared and understood our grief. Thank you so much Nadia, Ellie and the reception team. Please don't ever change, keep caring for the animals, and not counting the pounds as some practices do.

Honestly the best vets around! They have always looked after my Frenchie Fred and find them to be very caring and extremely reasonable with their pricing. I rang them this morning and was so worried they took him straight in and have looked after him all day. Their attention to detail and explanation of everything they are doing really gives me that peace of mind. He’s still got some way to go but I trust them to do everything they can for him. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you Riverport 🙏

Riverport Vets are absolutely amazing. We have a pup with a terrible skin allergy and the wonderful vets, vet nurses and the fabulous dermatologist have been brilliant in finding the right balance of medication and preventative measures to keep him well. Honestly, I can't thank the team more. To add, prices are very competitive with two options of pet club to help spread the cost.. and the reception staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else to care for my dogs.

Fab understanding staff. Chloe is so patient and lovely with my very nervous collie. Hopefully one day I might be able to get him in a consulting room but outside is just fine for now.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful and loves our pets as much as we do. I’m going in with my pup so the vet nurse can play with her and give her some really positive experiences. Just wonderful.
