Absolutely brilliant my cat broke her leg. We were at gainsborough at 5pm by 10 pm she had been admitted to Market Rasen. Given pain medication and an x-ray. The break was too complicated for their surgeon so they arranged a referral to a specialist. Who called me, he had seen the x-ray and he was confident he could help . By 10 am sat morning she was at the specialist. It was explained what needed to be done. Iam so grateful. Everything has been explained carefully so i know exactly whats happened. The staff have all been so kind. Ive not even been asked for any payment as yet. They know she's insured and that was the very last thing they asked about her policy number. (PLEASE INSURE YOUR PETS. FOR £7 A MONTH ITS SAVED ME A £4000 BILL)

Absolutely lovely place. My cat needed to be seen as a matter of urgency and they got her in on very short notice. Everyone I spoke to was kind and considerate throughout and everything was very efficient. Highly recommend

Suggest if you want a written CD prescription then you give it plenty of time as, in my experience, there is almost always a problem with it. Today it was sent to Louth instead of Rasen where i asked to pick it up. Will have to do another 20 mile round trip as unwilling to post it to me.

Terrible, had one of my cats in with problems as he kept getting sick, constantly in & out & never got clear answers for his condition, the last time I took him there he was clearly very sick, they had in three days & came back the same as when I took him, absolutely disgusting.. took him to another vet who had him in over night & the next day picked him looking like a new cat & full of energy.. sadly he had kidney failure & lived another six months (happy six months) but if he had been treated correctly in the first place & gone to a decent vets I feel he would still be here now... Avoid them..
