Buddy is an extremely anxious cat and a cat box/vets is his least favourite place to be! Although I’m not sure who was more stressed me or him! 😬 however, when I eventually got him to the vets I was able to go straight into the room and the guy who treated him was amazing (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) he was quick and efficient and didn’t make buddy wait around anymore then he needed to! He also showed me exactly how to give him his antibiotics and gave me some tips for other ways to do it if that didn’t work! He also managed to make getting Buddy back in the cat box look very easy! Excellent service! Thank you.

I have been coming here with my 2 dogs for 9 years. The staff have always been friendly and professional. The pet club works really well for regular health checks and medication. I would recommend them.

Anyway ... might have deleted my earlier review but don't go there ! Horrible greedy director who was only interested in how much money she would make x no understanding of our loss or empathy x she made me feel that we were wrong in our decision but my lolly's eyes told me x im still traumatised and cry every day ! Said I will keep her for the day and her words do you want a quote ! Like money would even be an issue x lolly was 12 and a half years old . Our world x this person will never know just how awful she made us feel and if she can be bothered to read this, I really hope she can be kinder to people who come to that place in such a desperate state again. Nothing else to say apart from change your vet x
