  When you arrive on time, you always have to wait an additional 30 minutes, When I asked why this was the case, the receptionist was unable to answer the question logically.

  My dog is a nervous dog. The only time he isn't is when he comes here. He sits in the waiting room doing an excited cry, he can't wait to see the vet. He bounds in and greets them like friends that he hasn't seen in ages, excitedly jumping up and cuddling them. He also says hello to the receptionists sneaking around the counter for a fuss and a hug, they never mind, the friendship is reciprocated. They have a genuine love for the animals and are so helpful to owners. You feel the warm atmosphere when you enter, it's sparkling clean but not cold and clinical. The pricing always comes second for me but their pricing is actually very good. The first time I took him I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a bigger bill for the service that we'd had. This place is truly wonderful.

  I took my dog here and she was very scared of needles - the staff were amazing at comforting both her and myself. Every time I have called the receptionist staff have been super friendly and helpful! Absolutely couldn't say a negative word! I will always bring my dogs here, I know they are cared for and very well looked after.
