We were on holiday and our dog became poorly. I called Pendragon Vets out of hours. Was told to go along and we’d be seen. They knew we were coming when I spoke to reception. Our dog was seen within a few minutes. A very thorough exam. We were reassured that it was a nasty bug, it would take time to pass. Our dog was treated on the spot. We were so grateful for their help and service. After a couple of days, our dog had fully recovered. Very reasonable fee, worth every penny! Thank you 😊

The nicest, kindest vet I've ever been to and a lot cheaper. I can't thank them enough for how caring they were to both me and my cat.

I would like to say a Huge Thank-you to Pendragon vets for referring Hamish to Pennine veterinary referrals at Melsonby for surgery. Hamish had a horrendous accident running through the woods, he was unable to walk on his front right leg.Pendragon vets were fantastic diagnosing and sorting out where we were to go for surgery. My biggest fear was it could be hours away but fortunately it wasn’t. After a strong sedative we came home with a directive to take Hamish to Melsonby for 8-30 the next morning. They were ready and waiting with all Hamish’s information and diagnosis which was accurate. Hamish had major surgery on a multiple fractured elbow the same day. He has steel plates and screws to upper and lower right leg and left leg screwed. 3 months on we are now fully healed and can be walking without a lead. I’m just so grateful to Pendragon vets for the referral and taking over his care after surgery, dressing changes, check ups, medications etc. His recovery has been textbook. Thankfully for the last four plus years we have been with Pendragon and we couldn’t be happier.

I would like to say a big thank you to the female vet I spoke to on Monday 14th July. Our dog had swallowed something whilst we were at the beach and we needed some advice. The vet was professional, listened to my worries and put my mind at rest that if needed they were there to help. Piper had settled and was not showing any more signs of having anything stuck. Thank you to the lovely vet and kind reception staff.
