    About this practice

Pears Hill Veterinary Surgery in Windlesham

Harper Asprey Wildlife Rescue operates a hospital that is open daily. The hospital provides care for wildlife, however, due to high demand and complex cases, it is not always possible for them to admit all wildlife. The organisation focuses on the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of wild animals. The organisation relies heavily on donations, fundraising, and volunteers to support its operations. They offer various ways for individuals and corporations to contribute, including direct donations, legacies, a 'Friends of Harper Asprey Wildlife Rescue' scheme, and purchasing items from their wish list. They also engage with the community through media appearances and online content. Practical information includes the hospital's operating hours from 9 am to 4 pm, seven days a week, with full-time veterinary surgeons on site. Details on how to support them, volunteer opportunities, and corporate involvement are readily available on their website.

Pears Hill Veterinary Surgery is based at Pears Hill, Windlesham, Surrey, GU20 6LU in Surrey. The practice treats aquatics, birds, deer, equines, exotic/wild and small mammals. It is open at weekends.

We were really happy with our experience, our kitten was terribly ill and the staff at this vet were more than helpful in examining him and telling us what was wrong. They taught us a lot of how to look after him and what to look out for, as well as explaining all the options available. Truly knowledgeable and friendly staff all round.

Worse experience and very disrespect reception staff/ nurse! Ancient, old and worn out practice just like all the staff! They were unable to cut my cats nails, then forcefully gave me two tablets (sedatives) for £17 and told me to bring my cat back. Sadly my cats both went missing and they are not even microchipped as this practice had told me that they put microchips in my cats but one year later they told me that they had not been microchipped and when I told them that I brought them to this practice they then changed their statement and told me that the microchip must have fallen out! AVOID THIS PRACTICE AS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Very welcoming and helpful team. But I'm only shocked by the price of the Stronghold Plus pipettes -£66 in the vet- whereas it's sold for £21 online. Happy to return it and purchase it online. The same quantity - price three times more at the vet.

Exceptional doesn’t even come close to my rating of the team at Holders Hill. Phil Barr is simply amazing-having been to many money grabbing vets practices who push treatment for sadly a material gain, Phil is a rare exception. He treats with compassion, honesty and respect of not only his clients but owners too. My 5 * review extends of course to Nicky and the rest of the supporting team who my 2 spaniels adore. For 2 dogs to beeline to their vets practice on a walk speaks volumes. They simply love it there. Thankyou for all you do to make my boys well and happy.
