  I honestly cannot recommend Paws Indoors highly enough. When I first contacted them, I was thousands of miles away in California while my beloved 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Norman, was being cared for by a friend in Norfolk. Another veterinary opinion had left me believing that I might have to prepare myself to say goodbye to him, so I reached out to Paws Indoors hoping for a compassionate second opinion. From my very first email, I was treated with extraordinary kindness, empathy and understanding. Dr Rosie Smith took the time to listen, answer every question I had and explain everything in remarkable detail. I never once felt rushed, despite the fact that I was on the other side of the world and asking countless questions. What impressed me most was that Rosie looked beyond Norman’s age and considered the whole picture. She identified that he was suffering from severe dental disease and explained how the chronic pain and inflammation could be contributing to many of the symptoms that had previously been attributed simply to old age. She started him on pain medication immediately, and the transformation was astonishing. Within a very short time, Norman was sleeping peacefully through the night again, he was happy, bright, playful, barking, jumping around and behaving much more like himself. Following thorough discussions, pre-anaesthetic blood tests and careful assessment, Norman underwent his dental procedure and came through it successfully. Throughout the entire process, Rosie explained every step, discussed the risks openly, accommodated the time difference between the UK and California, and even worked with me on a payment arrangement. That level of compassion and trust meant more to me than I can express. The whole team has been exceptional. Their communication has been outstanding, they have treated both Norman and me with genuine kindness, and they have given me hope during one of the most difficult experiences of my life. Because of Paws Indoors, my little boy has been given the opportunity to live free from the pain that had been affecting him for so long. I will be forever grateful to Dr Rosie Smith and the entire team. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

  I could not possibly live without Paws Indoors. I am so grateful to the care we have received from Rosie and her team at Paws Indoors Mobile Vet. Our nearly 6 yr old German Shepherd has never been seen by another service, although we do have experience of other services from previous pets. It doesn’t matter who you see, clinician, vet or nurse or administration , the experience is always positive. We have had routine visits, emergency contacts, routine surgery and their service has always been fast, professional and kind and so so very helpful, stress free and convenient. I cannot imagine our life without them

  I cannot praise Paws Indoors enough. A friend recommended Rosie to me about 20 years ago and we've never looked back. Rosie has looked after us and our pets for all that time, for the good bits and tricky bits. All the staff at Paws Indoors care a huge amount about the animals and their owners, taking the anxiety and stress out of vet appointments by visiting them at home and supporting people so well, with empathy and care. We wouldnt want to use anyone else.

  Very helpful and kind. They helped with the pet plan and supported my Siberian Husky until the very end. I will come back to Paws indoors when the time is right for another Husky. Very good mobile Vets thats honest and caring. Thank you for everything you've done as he became my assistance dog that knew when i was lost or at my worst and i took care of him when he needed it. Thank you for all the help ❤️

  Recently, my 13 year old cockapoo had become extremely unwell and I knew it was time for me to say goodbye. I chose Paws Indoors to help me during this difficult time. On the day, the vet, Lesley, was brilliant. She took the time to listen to my thoughts, put my mind at ease and care so gently for Bess. Care and compassion was shown by all the staff I came into contact with. When the time comes for other elderly poo to leave, I will be asking Paws Indoors to help once more.
