New Foundry and Park Issa Vets Its hard to find the words to tell you what a kind, empathetic, understanding and professional organisation this and their “big vets” in Oswestry is. They have been our beautiful Spaniel Layla’s vets since we moved to the area. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her this week, and the dignified way they handled it was absolutely on point. Faultless, peerless, superb; thank you

I brought my cat Esis to Park Issa last week I was concerned about her. However the very kind vet Jo who already met Esis in October when she was very unwell (& a special thanks to Nikki who looked after her the night she spent in Park Issa in October) spent time listening to my concerns & giving me advice. I came away feeling very reassured & Esis is doing very well. Many thanks to all the staff ...very friendly receptionists & capable nurses ...& of course thanks again to Jo. P.S.Esis on her 15th birthday

We had a great experience at Park Issa, where they carried out our cat Teddy's annual vaccine and health check. They were very thorough, helpful and professional, which made for a calming experience for both ourselves and our cat. The place was very clean and the staff all had smiles and were very welcoming. We'd recommend to anyone with a small animal to visit Park Issa, for any pet needs. Many thanks and see you next year for the next booster! Phil & Kat

We acquired a new pet cat . All the staff at Park Issa were very helpful with the transfer of ownership from the previous owner . They also were very thorough and efficient in identifying and implementing a health care programme for our cat .

Staff always very friendly with peanut, and treat him with lots of fuss and attention. As a banned breed he often gets judged by his looks and his muzzle. But everyone at the practice is so welcoming and he always leaves with his tail wagging and happy of the fuss. Always seen without too much of a wait even when busy. Very helpful staff and always able to offer advice when needed. Thank you from peanut
