I took my puppy Valentina in for her operation and the level of care she received was outstanding. Every member of the team treated her with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They explained everything clearly, kept me reassured throughout, and made sure Valentina was comfortable and safe at every step. Her recovery has been smooth thanks to their excellent work. I’m so grateful for the care they gave my girl — truly a wonderful vet practice.

They looked after my dog so well. Made the difficult decision yesterday and everyone we encountered was so sweet and caring, giving us and her as much time as we needed. The vet explained everything and the nurses fussed her both before and after. Everything we asked they obliged. I couldnt imagine a better place for my baby to spend her last moments

My pet was put at ease on arrival and when she had her first examination the staff where kind an thoughtful so glad a friend recommended them. And the package plan for ensuring silvers around shots/jabs etc is easy to pay instead of one lump payment its spread over months 😉

My cat was being looked after by my daughter in Dunstable as I was away from home for 6 months. When I returned she said she noticed his claw was curling into his pad. I contacted her vet who never bothered to reply so contacted Noahs Ark. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and made an appointment the next morning even though I didn't live in the area. The vet was also very efficient and friendly when I had the claw cut. It is a very friendly and helpful place to visit and I have already recommended that my daughter change as her vet was totally unhelpful.

After a bad experience at Vets for Pets in Gypsy Lane, we looked at other clinics, and Noah’s Ark had the best reviews, and rightly so! The receptionist was so lovely and patient, we had several questions and she went above and beyond to help us. The vet Chris was really sweet to our kitten, very knowledgable, and great with both animals and people. We are really glad we have made the switch to Noah’s Ark and hopefully we continue a great journey for our 2 kittens here ❤️
