  Vets For Pets Newtownards looked after both our cats in the last half of their lives, after we’d moved to the area. As soon as we talked to the staff, we knew we were in the right place. Everyone who works there cares so deeply for all the animals. From the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable reception staff, to the exceptional nurses and vets, we felt fully supported throughout our cats’ visits and beyond. When it came to say goodbye, everyone was incredibly sensitive and understanding. I truly cannot say enough how much I appreciate the wonderful people who work here. Emma & team…thank you again for everything you did for Poirot and Miss Lemon. 🙏

  I am a customer of Lisburn Vets for pets but in the Newtownards area for the weekend. I needed an appointment for my dog Faith who was experiencing some tummy issues. I phone surgery and spoke to Steph who was very professional and within an hour and half we arrived for consultation with Sally. The visit was excellent and Sally treated Faith and I with great respect and care. Meds in hand we left very impressed with our visit. Highly recommend

  This is a great practice! The staff are incredibly nice and It’s clear that they care about the wellbeing of your pets. We recently had a stressful moment with our dog and the team were incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at ease. I’d 100% recommend to anyone in the Newtownards/North Down area.

  Called in to get the rabbits nails trimmed. He is a big ejit of a rabbit and doesnt like being lifted, however, the staff and service was amazing. He was very calm and we where in with no waiting and out in 5 minutes. Booked in for next time already. Lovely clean operation and very friendly and accommodating staff.
