  I'm such a shy and anxious man, but the entire team in the Chard branch *always* does a good job of calming my/our nerves whenever the feline grrrls and I visit.   The best in chard, very down to earth and knowledgeable, they never push you to have unnecessary things done ' just incase' like other vets. Never ask have you got insurance first so they can get more money from you. Spend extra time with you of needed and don't feel rushed.
