  Thank you for such a quick and professional service in removing some awkward ticks from our dog. We are on holiday in the area and wanted to get the ticks removed ASAP due to our dog having Lime’s disease when he was very young. The vet realised that our dog does not like being at the vet’s and did all that she could to settle him. She then removed the awkward ticks and checked and removed some more. So grateful, thank you

  We were on holiday and took our dog Toby as he wasn't eating. Vet checked him and gave him injection and meds. Toby felt better later and started eating. Can't thank them for seeing Toby straight away that morning and the vet and receptionist were excellent we cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

  We are on holiday from South Wales with our Labrador Bailey. She became sick with non stop vomiting. We contacted Millcroft Vets in Keswick who fitted us in straight away. When we arrived the receptionist was excellent. Very friendly and great with our dog. We didn’t have to wait too long to see the vet. She was also amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Long story short we now have a happy healthy ten year old dog to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Not that it matters as we would have paid anything to make her better. But the price was very reasonable. We cannot thank you enough for fitting us in and taking great care of our girl. 🐾

  Took my dog to our local vets this morning, the care started with the receptionist, she came round and petted my dog and talked to her . The vet listened attentively and did a thorough examination, and sound advice. Great customer relations as usual

  Been taking our dobermanns here for over 20 years. The whole team, especially John Boyle are kind, professional and genuinely care about the animals they look after. They have always treated our dogs with patience and compassion and we've never felt rushed or like "it's just another appointment " Truly grateful for the care and support they have given our dogs (and us) over the years. A huge thankyou to all of the team. Highly recommend 👌
