  Neil has been our family Vet for over 10 years and has looked after all my kittens and cats over the years. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and approachable. No one likes to see their pets sick or suffering but I know with Neil they will receive the right treatment and care they deserve when they are at their most vulnerable. Thank you Neil and his amazing staff - Martyn, Suki, Mo, Coco :)

  Since this practice has recently been taken over I feel the level of care, empathy and compassion is seriously lacking. Some of the staff came across as dismissive, and unprofessional At a time when we were worried about our pet, this made the situation even more stressful. Veterinary care should be about both medical expertise and compassion for animals and their owners. Sadly, we felt unsupported and dissatisfied with the service we received recently. No pet owner should feel this way after seeking help I hope the new owners reflect on the way clients and their pets are treated and make improvements, otherwise I feel they will lose a lot of the loyal customers

  Lola only goes for snapping dew claws been lucky with her really I try keep them short but she snaps them when running Neil is fantastic does things so quick as I'm not of a drama queen never mind dog always used these vets great staff and lovely with our loved pets
