My rabbit thumper became unwell over the weekend, and I took her into the out of hours service for the first time, and she was seen straight away. I was very anxious and worried. But the staff were incredible at reassuring me, keeping her in and taking wonderful care of her. They even sorted all of the paperwork for my insurance claim. And since bringing her home she is back to eating like a hoover and jumping around happily. I cannot thank the staff enough ❤️

You saved my dogs life tonight, just as my dog saved my life. Nothing I can do or say will ever come close to expressing my gratitude

Profoundly grateful to the staff at MiNightVet Melton for the excellent care and compassionate response shown to our dog today. We could not have received better attention and advice in relation to her injury. Although you hope you may never need an emergency appointment for a beloved animal, if you should find yourself in an unexpected situation out of hours, l cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you

Sadly our puppy suddenly developed a serious health condition on Sunday and deteriorated rapidly, with the unfortunate outcome that we had to say goodbye to him. The MiNightVet staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to diagnose, care for and keep assessing the little pup's condition and prognosis. They couldn't have been more professional or kinder. We were able to say goodbye to our puppy with dignity and take his paw prints as a memory. Thank you to Mary Kate, Mike and the 2 veterinary nurses. You were all wonderful and we're so grateful for how you cared for our puppy and helped and comforted us at a difficult time.

When having to unfortunately make use of the euthanasia services last night, the way that things were handled over the phone with my family were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Even though unfortunately their dog didn't make the journey down, your staff continued to provide an exceptional service and even helped my niece say goodbye to her best friend. Thank you for helping them during one of their most difficult times.
