  Great Company, I can’t help but feel the one star reviews are just owners unable to take accountability for their poor organisational skills when it comes to their pets medication. Have been ordering from Pet Drugs Online for a long time now, and never any issue, delivery is always prompt even when I select standard delivery options, Has a slight glitch on the website today where my dogs prescription was still showing under review, spoke to the lovely lady over the phone and it was all sorted. Would recommend these guys every time.

  I’ve used this company several times and it’s great when all goes smoothly, hence two rather than one star. With a recent prescription order they made an error reading the prescription (they read it as being for one item only, missing the five repeats). Trying to get this reviewed/ corrected was a nightmare. Customer service is hard to access, clumsy and slow. I did speak to someone on the phone who acknowledged the error and advised they had processed the order for me. Then I got an email stating they had cancelled my order. No recognition of their error in writing, and delays accrued accessing medication for my pet. I will be avoiding the company moving forward.

  I placed order #2036078066 three days ago and realized 15 minutes later that I had ordered the wrong medication for my dog. I immediately emailed them to cancel it. Since then, I have called 5 to 6 times, spent over an hour on hold, left a voicemail, and sent multiple follow-up emails. Absolutely no one is picking up the phones, and nobody is responding to emails. What kind of company completely ignores its customers? Our time is precious, and this level of communication is unacceptable when dealing with pet health. Why is it so incredibly hard to cancel an order before it ships? I am writing this to warn other pet owners so they don't have to suffer through the same frustrating experience. Cancel my order #2036078066 immediately, PLEASE. I have zero patience left for this terrible service.

  Ordered online, got a notification that delivery was delayed from DHL. Tried to contact Pet Drugs Online - Calls rejected by automated system because of "technical difficulties". Website chat offline. Cant tell if its a scam or not. No notice on their website about technical difficulties. EDIT: In reply to the response about them being available. Same story. no one answers on the phone. Chat not available. In the meantime my pet has got worse and will likely die. i hope you guys are happy with the terrible experience you are delivering.

  ​I am deeply disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability regarding an urgent order for cancer medication for my dog. I placed an order on April 30th and paid a premium for Saturday Delivery, as the medication was essential. ​The delivery never arrived. I spent my Saturday waiting at home with no tracking information provided and no way to contact the company due to the bank holiday weekend. When I reached out to resolve this, I was pointed toward "hidden" fine print on their website that contradicts their headline Saturday delivery offer. ​It feels incredibly predatory to offer a "Saturday Delivery and their 4 easy steps prompt headline " option for urgent medical supplies, take the extra fee, and then hide behind terms and conditions when they fail to deliver. There was no explanation for the failure and no proactive communication. ​If you are a pet owner dealing with a time-sensitive health crisis, do not rely on this company. They value their technicalities more than the health of your pet or the service you actually paid
