Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency. I was quoted one price over the phone, but upon arrival, the bill was 40% higher for the exact same service. A verbal quote should be a commitment, not a bait-and-switch tactic. Easily the most expensive clinic in Lincolnshire—be very wary of their pricing 'estimates' before booking.

My recent visit to Medivet Welton was a positive one I saw Maria who was truly lovely! I really appreciated the understanding and care shown towards myself and my very anxious(often misunderstood) dog. Maria listened to me and took a lot of time to make my dog feel at ease offering him treats and fuss at his pace… she even managed to stroke him which is a massive as he’s very scared of strangers! Thank you to all the team for making this visit nothing but positive

Best vets I have ever taken my dogs to. Always feel as though my dogs wellbeing is at the foreground of every appointment (rather than money). Everyone is always friendly and helpful and honestly could not recommend this practice more!

Sadly my cat was hit by a car in Scothern. Kind people took him to Medivet at Welton. They gave him first class emergency care and contacted me through chip details. When I arrived they were kind and sympathetic and explained my options to me. I took Harry to the local vet hospital but sadly, he didn’t make it but I will always be grateful for their kindness. Thank you xx

Always totally professional whilst being friendly and compassionate. Have put the best interests of the animal first. Very supportive when difficult decisions have had to be made. Have been a client since moving to Lincolnshire and despite changes in staffing the practice has maintained it's high standards.
