  Our first visit today with our puppy, we were lucky to get an appointment within the hour which was very good. The receptionist was very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. She clearly loves animals. We saw Eliza who gave us a lot of time talking through his treatment and was very friendly and engaging. Overall a great experience.

  Medviets Shawbirch are great. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the surgery is clean and very welcoming. They are calm and dedicated when treating our dog who is very timid and nervous. I would definitely recommend them.

  Such a wonderful practice, staff so friendly professional and welcoming. Our puppy was also greeted with lots of love and brilliant care and attention. Very informative too with all the appropriate information needed for a new pet, in a relaxed non pressured manner. Well done Shawbirch Medivet x
