After 54 years with the same veterinary practice,in Ludlow, I sacked them for not supporting me with a cruelty case. I am Basset Hound Rescue UK. I find the vets I see at the Medivet practice are very caring and thorough. The reception staff are excellent. In fact much better than the practice I stayed with so long. My only concern is out of hours !!! I would have to go too Shrewsbury ! Lyn Bailey

A detailed examination was given to Alfie & a solution was made. Vet was very friendly, kind & calm talking to Alfie as his own, the receptionist also made a fuss of him & always smiled Alfie is a lot better now still on tablets but at 13yrs old to be expected with the heart murmur I can get in at Leominster or Ludlow easily when needed. Thank you all...

We have been with this practice for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied. Unfortunately, we lost Adrian when he left the practice, Jono and Kelly are inow at Leominster, so all those we had got to know have gone. However, on our last visit, we met Alo, who is to be the new permanent vet at Ludlow. Alo was lovely, calm, kind, understanding, and thorough. We look forward to her continued care of Phoebe and Woody. Throughout our time with this practice, we have never been let down and have complete faith in their professionalism. I must also praise Maddy, the receptionist who is always helpful both on the phone and front of house at the surgery. Altogether a great team.
