We are on holiday with our French Bulldog Polly, who suddenly started acting strange, wouldn’t eat or drink and was moving very slowly with her back arched and the fur on her back up, we called the vet and spoke to Denise who was fantastic she spoke with the vet Carrie, who told Denise to tell us bring her in straight away which we did, they were very helpful and thorough with their assessment, and they treated Polly straight away for a muscular pull, gave her pain relief and settled her down so she could rest, I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who needs a veterinary practice when in the area as they are extremely helpful and professional and don’t hesitate to help the animals they treat whilst they also talk the worried owners through the whole process and make them feel at ease as we were very concerned about our Polly, Thank You So Much Everyone

The practice vet was extremely helpful and explained everything and arranged for us to get our dog the tests she needed at another clinic. The staff were efficient and understanding

We called the vets as we worried that our cat had a tick by his ear. They allowed us to take him straight away to check him over. It wasn’t a tick but he did have a problem with his ear which they sorted on the spot. Great service!

We have a holiday home in Norfolk and we have used this vet twice with a poorly dog. Everyone has been so helpful and caring. The vets have taken time to explain everything and were very thorough with their examination. The reception staff gave us an appointment without struggling at all. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. If I lived locally they would definitely be my regular vet. Thank you.

Unfortunately whilst on holiday our old but adorable labradoodle Gibbs’ health deteriorated drastically and we had to make the dreadful decision to say goodbye, not wanting to put him through a long and hot journey home we decided to seek help from a locally recommended vet. We could not have been made to feel more welcome and cared for by the team at Medivet Heacham. So kind and thoughtful James treated Gibbs with love and respect and we couldn’t be more grateful in what was a very very sad time for us.
