Do not be fooled by these free visits was recommended this Vets by a friend I attended for the first time and told us the first visit is absolutely free. Nothing to pay apart from £12 for a worm count to which we agreed then we received a bill for £ 48 on top of the £12 because I clipped the hoofs of a goat spoke to Sophie one of the directors who said nothing is for free you have to pay very rude person. She apologised for the misinformation and insisted that we need to pay the bill to which we said we are not .be very careful when using this company. Make sure you agree everything upfront.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the sensitive manner in which sophie aylett dealt with the passing of my elderly dog was impressive. She made a very difficult event bearable and dignified. Thank you Sophie for being so understanding in our hour of need.
