The vets and support staff are the best. Saved our fur baby's life when he was almost killed by another dog. Special mentions to Nadia, his vet (who is adored by all of us, not just Oscar) and Marjorie, front of house with always a warm welcome.

I have been taking my two rabbits to McKenzie vets since I rescued them over three years ago. They have always taking great care of them through all there 6 monthly health checks and annual boosters also both they’re neutering. They have always been honest about not being a tropical vet but their knowledge of rabbits is excellent in my opinion. They keep me upto date with new research and treatments. I am with the pet health plan which covers all this and it works for me and my bunnies.

I have been using McKenzie Vets for more than ten years. I have never been disappointed by the service the dogs received. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. The dogs never have any hesitation in entering the premises. I am always happy to tell other dog owners which Veterinary Practice I use.

Brought my big dog into Mckenzies due to subtle signs of discomfort in the hind limbs. Excellent communication from vet Alison with a good plan to initially relieve his pain with medication and acupuncture treatments with a progression to x-rays. So glad I got the xrays done as his hip joints are really bad, more than he was letting on. Now we know how bad his joints are his care includes a referral to hydrotherapy, additional meds and continued acupuncture at Mckenzie's. Friendly, knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the amazing support I received from the vet team. They were incredibly caring and attentive throughout Sam’s entire process, and thanks to their hard work and dedication, I got my dog back healthy and happy and with an even bigger personality 😂😂. I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they did; it means the world to me to have my furry friend back home.
