  Seen as an “emergency” within 10 minutes of arrival at surgery. Very thorough examination of dog and full explanations of outcome of examination, possible reasons for symptoms, other health concerns identified for ongoing management and treatment for immediate concerns. Detailed explanation of drugs prescribed and possible side effects to be aware of. Thankfully progress after several hours noticeable and marked improvement in 24 hours. Been with this vet for over 12 years since relocating to area.

  After 3 weeks of ownership brought Casey my German Shepherd girl into have Vaccinations, worming tablets and advice because she was bleeding a bit from the rear end she is in season. Casey was weighed had her temperature taken not the most pleasant experience for a dog but Irene James the Vet was superb and kept Casey calm and spoilt rotten with treats, so we will be back for all future treatments. Chose Martin Vets on recommendations, very glad I did 😀 👍.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. Since they have been bought over you get spoken to like a child over the phone and not even allowed to finish explaining why you are phoning. Horrendous times for appointments now, quicker getting booked in at your GP. Honestly never experienced service like this in the past for however many years i have used them.
