I’d give 10 stars if it were possible. A genuine love of animals really shines through. Our rescue collie has been attending ‘cuddle clinics’ to try & overcome his fear of vet visits. Each & every one of the team at Mansion Hill has gone above and beyond. We are very grateful for the excellent service provided (as with our previous collies) - it’s always been superb.

One star only but if could I’ll give minus or negative 10 stars 🌟. During more than half a year we been promised that our cats will be fully prepared for eu trip on Christmas time! Every time we visit this clinic we kindly remind them about we need health certificates etc for first half of December as we planed to visit our friends and family in eu ! So when I called few weeks earlier to check if our cats are fully prepared for trip l was told that they can’t leave Great Britain 🇬🇧. So much money spent for nothing! Bunch of irresponsible people working there!can’t even microchipped cat as it was found by my girlfriend on the blanket shortly after. What a professionals ! Wow! So instead of going on long planned holiday we stuck in uk for Christmas. Absolutely brainless people! Avoid them at all cost!!!!!!

We recently took our dog Murphy to this practice after he developed a persistent cough. Murphy has cancer, and unfortunately our previous vets weren’t willing or able to explore options that might make him more comfortable. From our very first visit here, the difference was clear. The team suggested some experimental treatment plans to try to ease his cough - something we hadn’t been offered before. On Monday, Murphy had an emergency when he began vomiting, and the care he received from Kevin was absolutely phenomenal. He took such care and attention with Murphy, prescribed new medication, and within 24 hours the transformation was remarkable. Not only has the cough completely disappeared, but Murphy is the happiest and most comfortable we’ve seen him in months. What really impressed us further was that, while our old vets were not willing to perform an X-ray without putting Murphy under general anaesthetic, Kevin was able to do so with him fully conscious - avoiding unnecessary risk and stress. Although his condition is still serious, we are so grateful to see him enjoying life again. We truly believe that if we had stayed with our old vets, we might not still have him with us today. We can’t thank Kevin and the team enough for giving Murphy this precious extra time.
