We cannot thank Malthouse enough for the care they give to our dogs. From the moment you walk through the door, every member of staff makes such a fuss of them — they are genuinely loved and cared for. Ruby Roo was spayed on Friday by Hugh and has recovered remarkably well. Sarah took the time to provide thorough, reassuring aftercare advice, and Emma is always there with calm reassurance when you leave your precious baby in their care — which means more than words can say. Ruby & Lottie genuinely love going there, which says everything. We wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

But she was ready to come home and be fussed over. Great job done, plus some advice on another smaller problem. Happy dog, happy owners.
Read on Google →I had to take Buddy to the Malthouse after becoming concerned about him. After a phone call I was offered an appointment in around an hour. Natalie was very informative gave me advice and treated Buddy. During the day I again became worried as Buddy was becoming worse. I was given an appointment and once again was treated kindly and more tests taken and advice given. Dispite Natalie, Emma and Natalie being very busy they remained very upbeat and treated patients and owner,s in a very friendly manner, which is always welcome. They are a very professional team that made me feel welcome and confident in them. Thankyou Malthouse.x
