The best vet practice that I have ever visited in my thirty plus years of having the privilege of pet ownership. I honestly thank them enough! Highly recommend!

I used the vets at the end of my last dogs life. They were so good when I needed them. So empathetic and gentle which is what I needed. I’ve now got a puppy and when it came to choosing a vet for him there was no option but come back to these. They were so good when taking him for his first vaccine. Talking me through some of the worries I had and easing my anxiety over his health. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried. Looking forward to seeing them in a few days with Hugo for his second vaccines!

I found this place just by chance As i was having problems with my little hazel (3 months old at the time) had a very bad case of a skin condition and ear issues. As a new dog owner never having my own dog before I felt rather anxious scared worried and anger that I couldnt do anything more for her other than looking for any vet that would help her. as she was suffering so much I had been to the vets (old vet place) number of times for this problem my girl had and I wasnt getting any help at all so thought I would keep searching for a vet that would help her and when I say I cant be more greatful to have found this place, I mean it. The staff are fantastic very helpful and so caring and friendly and now my little Hazel has her fur back no more flakes on her skin infection gone from her ears and just one happy healthy puppy. Thank you all who work at Llantarnam Vets me and little hazel cant thank you enough and will forver greatful for helping us 🙏

We recently transferred to Llantarnam Vets after a friend recommended them, and we had to make an unexpected visit with our Cockapoo, Toby. I must say, we had not visited before moving over, but when we arrived we were greeted pleasantly and asked to take a seat. The vets looked clean, cool and comfortable, and our dog loved looking through the floor-level glass windows as well. When we saw the vet, I was very pleased with her professionalism and how open and honest she was about the pricing for Toby’s upcoming surgery.

After becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the deterioration of quality of my previous 'chain' vets, I took a punt and switched to Llantarnam vets in November 25. Gary and the team were amazing from day one! My dog needed a leg tumour removal and 6 weeks of healing and aftercare, but with their knowledge, guidance and patience we got through it and she's now as good as new! If you have any doubts about making the switch, just book an appointment and see for yourselves - with new modern sleek facilities, and a personable, caring and empathetic team, Llantarnam Vets is like a private health care clinic for your pets, and they deserve it! Huge thanks and love from Newt and the Alexander family! (and sorry it's taken so long to remember to do this review! 🙄)
