Seen with my young cat in heart failure. Excellent instructions received prior to referral, easy to find (with the instructions) and ample parking, front desk team very friendly and helpful. Good communication from the team throughout my visit and prompt writing up and sending of reports and processing my insurance claim. Thank you very much for looking after me and Snoop Cat so brilliantly!

My dear dog walked into vets I was advised needed scan on organs and some samples taken. He never really regained conscious. The test results still havnt returned but I received a call at 8.25 on Friday saying he had taken a turn for the worse and 17 minutes later another call saying he had died! Alone in his kennel although the nurses rang vet at 5.30! Advising of decline. I failed my boy I wasn’t there, still no results 4 days later! The practise seems caring and knowledgeable but I should have been called .

I had visited the practice while staying at a campsite nearby and on the basis of what I found chose to have my dog referred here. In particular the ability to have the anaesthetic proceedure explained on the day and for my dog to meet both the dental specialist and anaesthetic specialist (with myself present) before being sedated was huge. I was reassured by the set up of the buildings as well, no possibility of an animal escaping the premises as far as I could see, and from reception staff to specialist everyone communicated clearly and with respect. I felt listened to and supported throughout the whole process. My dog seemed happy the whole time she was here which is a better commendation than any I might be able to give. The work done has been of excellent quality. I had heard a good report of the practice from a fellow camper before I visited, and that has been 100% backed up by my own experience here. I would give 6 stars if I could.
