  We cannot thank Fran and the team enough for their amazing support and veterinary care for our cat Casper. After a terrifying morning they provided us with top notch care, keeping us thoroughly updated and aware of what they were planning on doing with him. He’s a naturally nervous cat but they accommodated him perfectly and he is slowly but surely getting better. The admin/reception team were so kind and thoughtful, making sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We can’t thank everyone enough for helping our precious boy.

  I saw Tom today with my dog, Skye, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. From the moment we walked into reception, we were greeted with kindness, empathy, patience and understanding. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain Skye’s condition clearly, making sure I understood everything and felt reassured. His compassion and professionalism really stood out, and he is a real credit to the practice. Thank you, Tom, and the whole team, for making what could have been a stressful visit feel so positive and supportive. I’m very grateful for the wonderful care you gave Skye. 🐾❤️

  We were referred to the neurologists at Cave vets with our dog Dee for an emergency MRI a few days ago. From the minute we arrived I felt the biggest relief as I knew we were in safe hands. The level of care we received was amazing and everyone went out of their way to help us feel safe and supported in a stressful time. They genuinely want the animals to be as comfortable as possible and you can really see how much everyone cares. The receptionists were incredible and so kind and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we were ok, even checking we were eating properly and looking after ourselves. The nurses were so kind with Dee and made sure they really got to know her and were able to give her everything she could need - we knew she was in safe and loving hands. The vets Simon and Sabrina really are next level amazing. They answered all of our (hundreds) of questions and never made us feel rushed. They explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood her condition, the diagnosis and the treatment plan moving forward. They are clearly absolute experts in their field and are so so knowledgeable - this meant I had complete faith in them and knew we were giving our pup the best chance of making it with the best vets possible. I feel so incredibly lucky that we were referred to Cave Vets and feel so grateful to the whole team for everything they did. We just walked out with our pup at our side and I know this wouldn’t have happened without them and their expertise. We still have a way to go in her recovery but they have made it clear they’re there for us if we are worried at all so we continue to feel supported and in safe hands. I really can’t thank them enough. I just wish they were our local vets 😁 Also if you are in the position where you have an animal being treated by Cave Vets and you need somewhere to stay, I cannot recommend Farthings hotel high enough.

  Excellent service through out our visit with our cat Topper. We were greeted by a kind and welcoming receptionist called Catherine who guided us through the relevant paperwork. Josh our vet had a wonderful warmth towards Topper which was reciprocated. The consultation was honest, very informative and reassuring. At such a stressful time the team were Amazing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cave Vet Specialist.

  My dear dog walked into vets I was advised needed scan on organs and some samples taken. He never really regained conscious. The test results still havnt returned but I received a call at 8.25 on Friday saying he had taken a turn for the worse and 17 minutes later another call saying he had died! Alone in his kennel although the nurses rang vet at 5.30! Advising of decline. I failed my boy I wasn’t there, still no results 4 days later! The practise seems caring and knowledgeable but I should have been called .
