I transferred vets to Cromwell Vets, so I did not have to travel too far with my cats, after recently moving house. It was nice to visit a cosy village surgery. Plenty of room, but it had that cosy feel to it. My cat and I seemed to relax quite quickly. The vet we saw was very good and friendly. All in all, a very good experience! Thank you Cromwell! 😊

Friendly reception staff from the moment you enter the door. I wasn't kept waiting long to see the vet and when I did, again received a friendly greeting, as did my cat who had been bitten by another cat. The vet explained the treatment he needed and I was asked each step of the way if I agreed to that particular procedure. No problem in recommending this vet practice.

Been in twice now with our new kitten for her vaccinations and microchip and found the staff to be really friendly, efficient and professional. The nurse who saw Pumpkin today was so lovely and really went above and beyond to make the visit as pain free as possible. She answered all my questions and even clipped my kittens claws for me. I feel like I will easily have access to any support and advice for any issues that arise in the future from this practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.
