  We had a wonderful experience at this new veterinary practice. Chloe was incredibly helpful with Eli today. He needed his first blood test, and she was so quick and gentle that he barely seemed bothered by it at all. We received the results within half an hour, which really helped reduce any stress and worry for us. Eli has now started a course of medication and, hopefully, will soon be feeling much better. Booking an appointment online was simple and straightforward, and we were able to be seen on the same day. All of the staff were friendly, caring, and made both Eli and me feel very welcome. The prices were also very reasonable, which was an added bonus. Overall, the service has been fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.

  I honestly can’t recommend this vet practice highly enough. Every single visit, my dogs are treated with such genuine care, patience, and kindness — it’s clear they truly love animals and what they do. Chloe and the team take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed or silly for asking questions. My dogs are always handled so gently, which makes a huge difference, and I leave feeling reassured every time. The whole team is friendly, professional, and compassionate, and the level of care is outstanding. Knowing my dogs are in such safe, capable hands gives me total peace of mind. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for looking after my dogs so wonderfully — you’re all amazing 💙🐶

Everyone is so compassionate and takes the time to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. You never feel rushed, and they always listen with patience, understanding, and genuine concern. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. You can tell that animal welfare is at the heart of everything they do. Whether it's a routine visit or something more worrying, they treat every pet as if it were their own. Lovely staff, compassionate care, and genuinely wonderful people.   I took my new kitten to Langley Vets for her first vaccinations and honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the whole team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything properly and made what could have been a stressful first visit feel calm and reassuring. The facilities are on another level. The clinical areas at the rear are genuinely comparable to what you’d expect from a top private hospital in London, brand new, spotless, modern and clearly designed with animal comfort and care in mind. It’s rare to see a local practice with this standard of equipment and setup. What I also really love is that they’re proudly independent and locally owned. You can feel the difference. It’s personal, thoughtful, and very much about doing what’s right for the animal, not just rushing appointments or focusing on profit. I You can tell the team have brought together some of the best vets and nurses from local clinics to create something special here. Abbots Langley is very lucky to have them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Langley Vets to anyone.

  Chloe and her team at Langley vets are exemplary. The kindness and empathy they show in a routine appointment was impressive and then when my 10 year old dog needed extensive dental surgery their care exceeded all of my expectations on the day and post surgery. Their love for animals shines through and made the experience so much easier when I was very anxious. The best decision I ever made was to change vets to Langley vets. Thanks you to Chloe, Emily and the team.
