⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t recommend this vet practice highly enough. They have always been so kind, caring and professional with my dogs, Ollie and Shamrock. From the moment we walk through the door, the whole team makes us feel welcome and reassured. They genuinely care about the animals they look after and always take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure Ollie and Shamrock are comfortable and well cared for. It’s such a relief knowing they are in such capable and compassionate hands. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do and for always treating Ollie and Shamrock with so much love and care. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! 🐾❤️

We have been bringing our cat to this veterinary practice for over four years, and I am writing this recommendation based on our excellent experience. Because our cat spends time both indoors and outdoors, exploring the nearby fields and forest, he manages to get into minor scrapes almost every year. He has actually been injured and required stitches on three separate occasions after fighting with other animals or getting hurt outside. As a result, he has needed surgery several times. On every single occasion, we have found that every member of staff treats him with genuine love and high-level expertise. We have never experienced a single problem here over the years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have always visited Kew Vets with my current cat and a previous cat and dog. The care they have all received was outstanding and when it came to losing my pets it was dealt with beautifully. With a follow up card expressing their condolences. Wonderful people and very thorough with finding out what is wrong.

I lost my 7 month old puppy a few years ago, we were together in his last moments at Kew Vets. And I felt so supported. I wish I’d had the thought to leave a review then, but i unfortunately did not. I was nervous to return because of how traumatic it was but I went in today for the first steps of a puppy pack with my new puppy. And once again I was so happy with our service and treatment. The lady at the desk was lovely, and she also transpired to be the nurse who held my puppy while he had his microchip fitted because I’m a wuss!! And the vet was kind and helpful and obviously loves her job. Thank you Kew Vets. Xxx

Every experience we have had with Kew Vets over the years has been fantastic, with great service, putting animals welfare first, and very reasonable prices. But they took it to the next level when we had to take our boy Floppy cat in with a suspected blocked bladder. The expertise, friendliness, quality of care and incredible communication (we were called at least twice a day with updates while he was kept in) couldn’t have been better. A huge thank you to everyone at Kew Vets who helped look after our precious furry friend. He’s very grateful, and so are we!
