Had a lurcher running around in main road, rescued it & saw it was very poorly. Had fleas, worms & a serious skin condition resulting in most of his fur missing with open sores. Rang emergency at Kew’s at 23.00 to take him in. Rang next day to find he had not been looked at yet. Rang next day & still just left in cage with no treatment at all. They had dog warden collecting but he was not well enough so dog warden agreed I could collect & take to my vets. Vets have a duty of care to any animal taken in & Kew vets seriously let this dog down!

Read on Google →Our beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Toriuk, was born on 25 April 2020. He was a healthy, bright, and incredibly intelligent little soul who filled our home with joy every single day. Toriuk was not just a pet — he was a true member of our family. We shared our lives, our routines, and our hearts with him. Losing him has left a warmth that turned into silence, and an emptiness we still feel deeply. On 4 November 2025, we brought Toriuk to this clinic, hoping he would receive the care he needed. Sadly, he passed away on 12 November 2025. During this time we paid £2,900 for his treatment, yet we never felt that he received meaningful or effective help. After speaking with a veterinary doctor in our home country and sharing Toriuk's blood test results, we were told that the illness could have been recognised much earlier. This has been an incredibly painful experience for our family. When we trust professionals with the life of someone we love, we hope for knowledge, attention, and compassion. Unfortunately, we did not feel that here. We are deeply disappointed, and we cannot recommend this clinic. Our hope is that our experience encourages greater care and understanding, so that no other family has to go through such heartbreak. Toriuk will always be loved, remembered, and missed more than words can ever express.❤️❤️❤️

Read on Google →Absolutely amazing! My boy is very nervous after going missing for 2 years I bought him for a check up two weeks ago and they were so good with him! He needed some X-rays on his face so he went yesterday for them my mum picked him up and dropped him off and the young man who took care of his was very good! I was worried about getting him back even more nervous than before but after my mum informed me of the compliments the staff had given him and the cuddles he was almost unhappy to come home and not get attention off of loads of people! Thank you so much for looking after buddy he’s going to be excited for his next check up and get some more love from everyone!
