  Visited the Johnstone branch of Kerr Vet group today, having made a prearranged appointment for my cat. Appointment made swftlynover the phone with no difficulty. The young lady at the Johnstone group I have seen before with my cat, and the staff member was excellent. She was pleasant, kind and provided excellent treatment and advice. I have been to both Johnstone and Bridge of Weir branches and I have consistently found the staff to be excellent in their professionalism and warm and attentive when at reception. I would highly recommend this veterinary group. Both locations are on busy high streets so directly outside parking can be a challenge but there are side streets and local car parks not too far away.
