An amazing surgery. We were going to Preston park where we took a wrong turn and saw parent swans and 4 cygnet 1 of which had a fishing hook which went down it's throat. We call the RSPB - no help at all and told us to just let it go. RSPCA again no help. Struggles to get through to the wildlife rescue places. A gentleman and lady and her daughter also tried helping. We contact this surgery as a last resort . We were so relived they could help. We took the cygnet straight round. And have just found out it got sorted and is now well and has be released. Thank you so much to everyone and the staff at the surgery for helping this baby

unfortunately yesterday i had to get one of my (rat) babies put to sleep. but despite how obviously upset i was, the experience was the absolute best it could have been. i felt as if audra went above and beyond for my girl. i felt so comforted throughout the process, and that my rat was also comforted and went the most peaceful way she possibly could of. i also got some paw prints and fur for free to remember my baby along with the service. thank you so much audra, i really appreciate it 💓

Audra the vet has been absolutely amazing with our cat. He needed a leg amputation due to a tumour, and we can’t fault the care and attention that she has given him, both during the surgery and at his post-op appointments. Thank you Audra!

Today we had taken our pet hamster, Bourbon to this recommended vet practice. Upon arrival, i noticed the place to be quiet and very clean. The vet we then met (sorry we didn't get her name) lovely american lady. She Examined him to find he had several tumors & unfortnately said it would be kinder to let him go. At every step she was reassuring with my children & deeply compassionate. Upon leaving i was surprised also at the payment due, alot less than i thought. Altogether a fab place would return again & recommend .. thankyou.

My girls have been registered with Jacqui Paterson's for two years now, they are amazing. We pay for the monthly membership and they've just been for their annual and the reception staff and vet couldn't be nicer. Always answer the phone and call you back promptly if you need support. Keep up the fab work!
